Founder & CEO

Ann-Etta H. Booze

Ann-Etta H. Booze has been in education for over 17 years. 5 years as a Teacher Assistant for children with Autism and the other 11 as an Educator in special education. She was told from many that she needed to drop our of college and pursue Vo-Tech. 3 degrees later she has 1 bachelors in general education and minor in sociology, the first master in early childhood education, and finally the second masters is in special education minor in Autism.

She Loves supporting children through life in education and in music! Her dream is that Creative Music Academy creates a culture of creatives that keep there skill alive for ages!

Chairman

Dr. Chiquita Miller

Dr. Chiquita Miller Johnson, founder of God’s Girl Ministries, serves CMA as the Chairman of the Board. She is a Certified Counselor and Coaching Specialist, as well as an ordained Minister. Dr. C was licensed in ministry at the age of 17yrs old and later was nominated for and received an Honorary Doctorate in Social Work Services for her work in the community. She brings a plethora of experience to CMA as an Entreprenuer and a Manager for a corporation. Together she and her husband have a blended family of fourteen children and sixteen grands with three on the way. She is affectionately called Grammy Queena by her grands and absolutely Loves it!

Chaplain

Norman A. Booze

Norman Booze, is the husband of Ann Booze, CEO of CMA. Norman is also a Minister and leader in his church and a father of 3 beautiful children. Music has always been a part of his life and his families. He grew up playing on the drums, but started out on the piano and got bored because he couldn’t just bang on something. In high school, he played in the band. He enjoyed the drum line, but wanted to be on the snare drum line, and when he didn’t get it he decided to stick with football. He continued to drum for churches and has played for many artists and groups enjoying playing whenever he can. Norman graduated with an Associates Degree as a Medical Assistant, he worked a little in that occupation and then moved on. He currently Manages a call center for a Furniture Warranty Center, a position he as held for three years and enjoys managing those that are in that area.

Developer

Yolonde M. Johnson

Yolonde Johnson is a living representation of the scripture Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” She was deemed to be the youngest District Y.P.W.W. (Young Peoples Willing Worker) Chairlady in 1988.  During this time, she organized youth groups in her district of 5 churches in Central Oklahoma Churches of God in Christ, from ages 2-18, to forming choirs, teaching and training young people to stand bold and proclaim the word of God. Yolonde later served as the children’s music minister, choir director, usher vice-president, armor bearer, teacher, church radio announcer, hospitality and church administrative assistant for various churches. She is a graduate of University of Southern Nazarene with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and recently completed a graduate certificate in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Phoenix. Yolonde is a Clinical Informatics Analyst, where she trains and supports healthcare software. She brings years of administrative, grant, small business entrepreneurialism, research as well as, policy and procedure skill knowledge. Yolonde is so excited to be apart of the Creative Music Academy Family!

Kelly Ramsey

Kelly is a passionate educator that transcends traditional methods in instruction to build a workforce that is reflective, engaged, and innovative. She has spent the past 35 years in the field of early care and education as a classroom teacher, childcare center director, training coordinator, education manager and college professor. Kelly is a member of the Brazelton Touchpoints Center National Facilitator Team and the owner of Developing People, Inc.  As a strategist, she assists education programs and non-profit agencies in identifying best practices models to ensure successful program implementation, which is culturally responsive. Her experience in the non-profit sector includes strategic planning, board development, virtual and on-site mentor/coaching training, and workshop facilitation.  Kelly is a published co-author of Families and Educators Together:  Building Great Relationships that Support Young Children.  Her work re-centers the focus on families and creating a collaborative partnership between home and school to support children at all stages of development.

Secretary 

Rakeeta Kearney

Rakeeta Kearney is the owner of Keyline Mag LLC and the Co-Founder of “Angels Amongst Strangers”. She believes in giving back and wants to provide positive solutions to the issues we face in this world. She has over 20 years of musical, graphic design, and marketing experience. Rakeeta graduated from Oklahoma State University with an Associates degree in Information Technology. Her goal is to bring her working knowledge, life experiences, and skill sets to CMA to help build the opportunities in music culture. Outside of her roles in business, Rakeeta is also a mom and a wife to a beautiful family. She lives Hebrews 13:2 daily.
